Welcome to our bright, friendly, and comfortably furnished end-terrace holiday home, ideally located in a quiet, central, and beach-close area of Westerland, on the border of Alt-Westerland and Tinnum, just steps away from the charming historic St. Niels village church.

 

Our property offers two separate holiday apartments: a ground-floor apartment for 2 guests and a first-floor apartment for 4 guests. Alternatively, the entire holiday home can be rented for up to 6 people, making it perfect for families or groups.

 

Each apartment has its own beautifully designed area in the private, mature garden, complete with cozy seating and a traditional Sylt beach chair (“Strandkorb”). The ground-floor apartment also features direct access to a sunny terrace from both the living room and bedroom.

 

We warmly welcome families with children and, by prior arrangement, are happy to host your four-legged friends! Enjoy a relaxing stay in Westerland, with easy access to Sylt’s beaches, local attractions, and the island’s natural beauty.
