Regarding prices, Sylt visitor's tax and house handover

Prices

The prices quoted refer to the booked accommodation unit per night and include VAT.

Sylt tourist tax

Furthermore, the municipality of Sylt levies a visitor's tax . This applies to each guest per overnight stay. Children and young people under 18 are exempt. Further information can be found at:

rental price

Accordingly, the rental price is calculated based on the daily rate for the respective season and the tourist tax, multiplied by the number of days rented, plus a one-time final cleaning fee, and, if required, an additional linen package per person.

Final cleaning fee

In addition, we charge a one-time final cleaning fee of €70 for the ground floor, €90 for the upper floor, or €160 for the holiday home, regardless of the length of your stay. This fee is included in the final price of your written booking offer.

A flat fee of €27.50 applies for your dog .

Our holiday home is available to you from approximately 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure .
