For online bookings or a non-binding enquiry with a detailed price overview, please refer to the calendar for the ground floor holiday flat for 2 persons, the upper floor holiday flat for 4 persons or the holiday home.

Season dates with prices per night, excluding final cleaning and Sylt visitor's tax

Our special offer periods:
4 January to 20 March 2027 and 30 October to 19 December 2027!
Stay for 7 days = pay for only 6 days
7 = 6 and every additional night at a special price – applies to the accommodation price
linen package
You can optionally book the linen package.
It includes bathroom, kitchen, table and bed linen sor one person.

Final cleaning of the rental unit (one time fee):
Ground floor: €70
Upper floor: €90
Holiday home: €160
cleaning fee dog
A cleaning onetime fee of €27.50 will be charged for final cleaning when travelling with a dog.

Prices
The prices quoted refer to the booked accommodation unit per night and include VAT.

Final cleaning fee
In addition, we charge a one-time final cleaning fee of €70 for the ground floor, €90 for the upper floor, or €160 for the holiday home, regardless of the length of your stay. This fee is included in the final price of your written booking offer.
A flat fee of €27.50 applies for your dog .

Sylt tourist tax
Furthermore, the municipality of Sylt levies a visitor's tax . This applies to each guest per overnight stay. Children and young people under 18 are exempt. Further information can be found at:

Guest cards
Upon booking, you will receive a link for the mandatory guest registration (“Pre-Check In”). After entering the data, each guest will receive a digital guest card via email for use with their smartphone. If you do not use a smartphone, please inform us.

rental price
Accordingly, the rental price is calculated based on the daily rate for the respective season and the tourist tax, multiplied by the number of days rented, plus a one-time final cleaning fee, and, if required, an additional linen package per person.

Sparangebote
The special offers apply to the overnight rate only. The final cleaning, tourist tax, and linen packages are not included.

Our holiday home is available to you from approximately 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure .
